the arrival of a michelin star is often for a restaurant an insidious incentive to compromise. Not that the excellence of the dishes sent by the cook has been impaired, but a standardization of the decoration of the establishment towards a less original style is on the way: the beautiful rusty iron door matched to the facade has made room for some fully glazed gold aluminium door, which allows the barge to throw an indiscrete look inside, especially since the thick fabric sas behind the door have disappeared. the lights were seen downwards, a porter and small kitsch furniture appeared, and the small private room raised from which one could observe the monacal work of the chef disappeared, th...

rather disappointed by this restaurant. Upon arrival, we are asked what we don't like so that the chef can make his menu because it's the concept: we don't choose what we want. this concept could be very interesting if the kitchen was not just removing from its dish the elements that you don't like! Why would you ask us, just leave them in the corner of the plate? So the dishes are unbalanced and without interest. The dishes are minimalist, you are hungry when you get out and the price is very high compared to the contents of the plate (3 raw zucchini lamelles with 5 larges and an olive mixed in input !) a positive point for the fish with orange blossoms that was excellent with perfect cooki...

originality of mixtures, unexpected discoveries, an agreement to each dish in textures and flavors. We had chosen the 7-course discovery menu that proposed this evening an entry, a fish (rouget) and three meats (sometimes poached fat, rabbit and canette) and two desserts to finish. each dish is cooked with a perfect mastery of cooking and various and surprising accompaniments sometimes. a magnificent wine map highlighting the discovery of local wines. We came out with the memory of a beautiful evening. I recommend this restaurant to discover something else and let yourself be contrated a gastronomic story with the surprise of dishes and its compositions.

when we arrive at 8:00 pm nice reception then the waiting before service has proved to be long ... we soon realized that the goal is to serve everyone at the same time ... the meal will have lasted more than 2:30 in our case! from the beginning it is proposed to choose wine ... not simple when you don’t know the menu . on the side of the plate a fire of artifices of flavors all more surprising than the others but the amount of food ! (e.g. for 1between asparagus: 2 units)!for the first time in my life I went out of a restaurant with hunger in the belly. Book a table now

we tested this restaurant with friends, we were pleasantly surprised by the concept. The dishes offered are original is a fact but I can't put a good note. Despite the fact that the price of the menu is correct, you do not have to look at the price of the bottle of wine, paid 60€ a bottle that you find at the winemaker's house just a few kms to 10€ I find it exaggerated. moreover we have a pork roast in the dish that missed a little too much cooking. the concept pays dearly.

original concept: upon reservation, you are asked whether certain foods are unpleasant (or if you are allergic to it). You are thus assured not to find them in your plate, composed by the chief's ideas.The plates are very floral and the chosen flowers are perfectly blended with the dish. The meat that was offered to us (swine's part) was succulent. We note the multitude of flavors that each dish has.
