The jelly has good taste preserving the juiciness of the fruits of the sea offered. basic presentation. rice contained a good taste with fresh products but in the end termina providing a feeling of having ingested an experience not unusual. the fish however exquisite and delicious in flavor and temperature sauce good season with fresh sea fruits even if the peas are left. I lived for three years in Peru, and I know their gastronomy well. now what is normally achieved in Peruvian food restaurants (outside Peru) are gourmet style. This restaurant tries to keep Peruvian food in its original state, nothing gourmet, which makes it interesting to visit and try so dishes.
