We came by chance at the Gasthof Petermichl. From the outside the inn makes a very well maintained impression and this good impression continued throughout the entire visit. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service followed by not less good, excellent food. It should be noted that the waiter was extremely attentive. We've ordered a shackle from the butcher shop to grill. This was also attached to the grilled spit. The pick-up has worked super, it was also packed a bit before so that you could easily transport it in the car. The squirrel was really very good from the meat, it was not dry but nicely juicy everywhere, even in the middle area where there was a danger that it could become too dry.
