Here you just need to know what you expect: usually crowded, good mood and good food! If it's full, you'll have to come back or resevate later. The food has not been declared a side thing here, I like it! The food offer is even a bit too big for my taste, it should be clearer. But the beer is the main thing, and that's superb!
My friend and I went to this restaurant after recommendation from the hotel we were staying. The food is good but I am disappointed about the choice of drinks. One is expecting in a country such as Germany to find more than one simple Pils in a menu. Such a shame.
Have been here a few times, and disappointed more often than not. Last time was the last time. Yeah, I know part of the character of the waiters is to be grumpy, but we’ve been ignored too many times now. There are better places nearby.

After a long search for a great, authentic brewhouse, I came across Peter's in the middle of the old town. It was fantastic! Sauerbraten super delicate and stunning delicious! Operation typical Kölsch.
At the suggestion of a tour guide we went to Peter's for a good local lunch. The food was every bit as good as we had hoped for, and the local kolsch beer was great. Good service as well.
Wir wurden aufgefordert leise zu sein, als an unserem Tisch ausgelassen gelacht wurde. Außerdem wurde ein Leitungswasser abgelehnt. Wirklich unverschämter Service. Nur was für Touristen.
