We used Peterson's bakery for our wedding cake and our bride loves their cakes at D'Andrea banquets. The chocolate with bavarian cream is the best. Bräute also loves the white cake with raspberry filling. Don't forget the marble with fudge filling. If you look at our Facebook page, you will see their beautiful work. The smell when we push the cake trolley through the hallway brings an endorphine effect and you will be happy. Peterson made a naked wedding cake for my wedding reception. The cake was vanilla with lemon filling, with a lemon butter cream freezing on the top.
