P.f. Chang's - Table reservation

for the price we paid, I truly expected an amazing meal. what we received instead was a meal that was no better than any Chinese restaurant I ordered from for delivery. through the atmosphere was quite good but I wasn't paying for just atmosphere I was expecting excellent food. I ordered oolong tea and ended up with ginger tea. my dish was by far the most expensive yet when it came out the entree was less than half the size of both of my party. not to mention the entree was so salty it was almost inedible. my fellow party members were not as disappointed as I was but it seems ironic that the poor meal was served to the only certified chef at the table. I'm not one to do these surveys unless...

This location is very disappointing. I ordered an Orange Chicken w/ Fried Rice and was delivered someone else's order completely. I used a 3rd party application and they refused to assist me with help despite the error being Kristen's and Jessica's team fault. I believe taking allergies and food seriously is most important when customers are spending time over 30 dollars. It was very disappointing to experience such disgust, lazy, and inconsiderate treatment for an error they made. Take a look at the photo to see they placed the wrong food in my bag and attempted to blame the driver. I was also disappointed to not have received an apology.

super last minute date night my waitress ashanti was super amazing, understanding and patient. She really brought the night together with her customer service. Although it was not too busy, she made sure that she checked me so often. in any case will come back looking for her. a tasty bite?

such a great experience, always a good time when I come here. the smoked BBQ replacement ribs were amazing as well as the orange huh. the host sat us fast and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. can't wait to come back!
