I would like to dedicate this review to the exceptional service provided by our server, Kim, at PF CHANGS in Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas on 1/16/2024. Kim went above and beyond our expectations by being polite, attentive, and accommodating to our various requests for personalized meal choices. We were even given extra fortune cookies by Kim at the end of our meal. My mother and I were so impressed by the great service that we returned the following evening (1/17/2024). Even though we were seated in a different area, Kim greeted us warmly as if we were long-time friends. This is the type of service that should be expected at a restaurant. Kudos to Kim!
I was hoping for a peaceful and cozy atmosphere at this restaurant, but it was the opposite. The loud and disruptive rap and hip hop music made it impossible to hear the waiter or have a conversation with my wife. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning.
The crispy honey chicken was just okay. The Mongolian beef, hot and sour egg drop soup, and bang bang shrimp were tasty. The service was excellent. I have dined here once and I will definitely return.
The food at this PF Chang's location did not meet the same quality standards as others I have visited. It was overly sweet, but we still had a good time.
