P.f. Chang's - Table reservation

My husband treated me and my grandmother to lunch on Mother's Day, and we had an incredible time. We had a minor scare with mushrooms in our salad (I am allergic), but the staff quickly took control, apologized, and were extremely attentive. The food was amazing, from the shrimp to the honey and orange chicken, and the dessert was absolutely delicious. The manager, Carlos Cordero, was very attentive and courteous, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our visit. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. I like that PF Changs offers vegan options and is a great spot to dine with both vegan and non-vegan friends and family. However, I have noticed that they are not very careful about cross-contamination. Once, I found a piece of meat in my tofu dish and had to stop eating. Additionally, their food tends to be overly salty, as if they believe masking flavors with sodium will make up for any shortcomings in taste.

The food was amazing even after the 15 min drive, for the first time pick up and it went smoothly. James, the guy who visited me had a great attitude and sworn me very well. He went back twice for a few sauces I demanded and still kept a positive attitude. I'll take food out more often here!
