Compared to Ohio this PFChang was special. From the greeter at the door, to the time it took to be seated and especially from the waiter Jesse who was superb. He was friendly, professional, knew the menu, service with a smile just a great asset to this establishment. The portions were great the Chicken Pad Thai was delicious. The place was clean. A definite return customer

Great location, food was good. The customer service was great! Our server Aleigha was great! She knew the menu and made our dining experience so enjoyable! We will be back and hope to have Aleigha as a server again.
Had reservations. We were seated promptly but then ignored for 15 minutes while couples around us, who arrived after, were waited on. We left as clearly our business wasn’t appreciated. Book a table now
Aleigha was our server and did an amazing job. She is the best server I think I’ve ever had! Very attentive and had great suggestions for drinks and food.
Sucks like every other restaurant. Says approximately 15 minute wait when you check in. Been 30 plus minutes now. Everyone in front of us left. Good luck.
Finley took great care of us. We were particular in our ordering and she was on top of it. Offered good advice on drinks etc. Very good late lunch.
