We love PF Changs, but our experience there last night was disappointing. We arrived at 5pm and sat at the bar, but were disappointed to find out that there were no beer or wine specials for happy hour. There were only 4 cocktail options, and they were out of 2 of them. This was not a true happy hour in my opinion, it felt like false advertising. It took over 10 minutes to get our drinks after we were seated, and I had to go to the bar to get our beers and wine. This chain has been serving customers for decades without any significant changes. The menu and ambiance have remained constant over the years. The same dishes and flavors are consistently offered at all their locations. I find the lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup, and, of course, the lettuce wraps to be absolutely fantastic—among the best around. The main courses and appetizers set the standard by which all other Asian restaurants with a Chinese focus should be evaluated. The shrimp tempura and Peking duck were absolutely amazing and surpassed my expectations! Both dishes were incredibly delicious. My waitress, Samantha, and the bartender provided excellent service as well. However, the restaurant could definitely benefit from a thorough deep cleaning, and the worn booth seats need to be replaced. Also, the bathroom floor in the stall I used was so sticky that I didn’t want to get into my car with my shoes on.
I enjoyed a delicious lunch at P.F. Chang's today. The server was attentive and friendly! Surprisingly, it wasn't busy inside for a Saturday afternoon during Spring break. I had the Singapore Sling cocktail (as shown in the picture) and the Chang's spicy chicken lunch bowl with white rice. My spouse ordered the Chang's sesame chicken bowl with fried rice. Both dishes were really tasty!

The restaurant offers five clearly labeled vegetarian dishes. They were able to accommodate our request for eggless fried rice. We enjoyed everything we tried! However, we would not recommend the Buddha's feast as it consisted of basically raw vegetables in a light sauce. This review was updated from a previous one dated September 5, 2021.
Birthday dinner for my daughter who loves Asian food. The orange chicken is so delish! Great food! Refreshing drinks too! Waitress took a bit long to attend to us and forgot our specified order and requests, however it was a very busy day…hope mynext experience would be much better????
Overall, it was an amazing experience! I'm a big fan of their house-made dim sum options. Our bartender was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The meals arrived quickly and were served hot. The restaurant is also beautifully designed.
Food and service were fine. Upon arrival we were told “you don’t have a reservation.” I showed our reservation to the host and still had other diners seated before us who were on a waitlist.

Got there at noon on a weekday and didn’t get our food until 1:30! Wasn’t even busy. Server was nice but not attentive at all. Very slowwwww cooking. If you are in a rush, I would not go.
I’ve eaten here several times. Good and service is always really good.
