Was there for an early dinner at 5:30PM to two old friends, I made the reservation. When I arrived my friendsw ere already there and seated in the next to the last booth on the left hand side of the restuarant. We ordered drinks and had just begun to look at the menu that we asked for when I lloked up and saw a mouse crawl out from the back of the cushion on the seat of the corner booth behaind us. We ordered a variety of dishes including the Mongolian beef bowl, beef with broccoli bowl, mapo tofu, vegetarian fried rice, vegetarian lo mein, shrimp dim sum, and edamame. I honestly can't grasp how everything managed to taste so bad! The edamame was the only thing that was remotely decent, likely because it's hard to go wrong with it. This place might just be the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but I can't fathom why anyone would serve such subpar food! Not a good experience. We went to a location in FL and it was amazing!! We waited 30 minutes for our drinks. The kitchen gave my son food that was NOT safe for him to eat- even after we asked 2 different times to confirm it was safe allergy wise. Our appetizers came out AFTER our dinner. My drink was terrible- had to be ready-made, it was missing an important ingredient. The fried rice wasn't fried at all. Ended up being in the restaurant for over 2 hours. Unfortunately we won't be back to this location again. The waiter was good and very apologetic- not his fault.

Where to start? The fact that we arrived at 7pm and didn't leave until after 9pm because our meal wasn't made? The fact that despite ordering our entire meal quickly, we waited for our entree for over an hour? We were told there was only one cook and that the manager had to step in to cook, but why is this a habitual issue at this location? The owner should be on the line cooking as well. Pay your employees better SO PEOPLE CAN EAT! Don't bother eating here.
The food is decent and the service is so so. It is not bad but not great either. I saw my waitress once after we sat down, ordered and after the food was served, I never saw her again. It is a huge place and you can't get anyone's attention when you need something. I wanted some peppers and she was gone until after the meal was done. And this is not the first time I got this kind of service here, but I still come once in a while because of location!
The entire restaurant was dirty. There was trash, fruit peels, and empty bottles scattered all over the back of the bar. I watched the bartender fishing lemon seeds out of drinks, only to drop them into the ice bucket. The food tasted like it had been freezer burnt. I later found out that they are closing, which explains the awful experience.
Had a lovely dinner at PF Chang's. Enjoyed the green beans and sweet and sour chicken. Fiona provided excellent service. We were dismayed to learn Dedham is closing on 7/19/22. I have been a regular customer at this location since it opened. I Will really miss coming here

Stopped in for a quiet lunch. Asian Cesar salad was fresh and tasty. However, today the Hot and Sour soup was just lukewarm. I asked to have it heated up but it came back just the same. Otherwise I enjoyed everything and will be back for another visit real soon.
