I had high expectations for this place on our Wakanda Forever movie night. I had rarely been disappointed here. The services was great and they were very attentive. My complaint has to do with the portions. I ordered the Wagyu special. It was priced at $44, but I wanted my son to have a first class meal and had high expectations. The amount of steak was pathetic. I could not have been more than 6 or 7 small strips for a total of four ounces. It was covered in a huge amount of mushrooms with some special sauce on the side. If this was an appetizer between $12 $15, no problem. It WAS tasty. But as an entree??? Come on PF Chang, you can do better. Also, I ordered the lobster special. Another $4...
The food was terrible! I often frequent the restaurant because the Asian pear mojitos are delicious but the last three visits to this location has been subpar to be kind. I spend 400 plus a month visiting this location and this was the final straw. My mother and I meals were just awful. The sesame chicken and orange chicken was burnt and dry. The fried rice tasted like watery white rice with two carrots and I piece of onion. The veggies in the dishes were basically raw. We had to wait 23 minutes to get our appetizer of crispy green beans. The star is for the hostesses! The kitchen and servers need to do better.
I complain and the rude receptionist says oh that's why we say a range and that's how it is I'm sorry 35mins? 1 hr 20 minutes wait is NOT a range in common usage. They are not backed up. They have no wsiters and ppl lolygagging at the front. 6pm Saturday 3 receptionists and 3 waiters. Who runs this place? The food is tourist food at best. Nothing to write home about. Btwv i run a restaurant myself. A rude receptionist would not be part of my team very long. Mismanaged nightmare. You are better off ordering from doordash. No wonder the fremont closed...service has gone into the toilet
I ordered the food to go and felt cheated, having spent $30 on unflavorful, bland honey chicken with an additional $5 surcharge for fried rice. If I had been dining in the restaurant, I would have certainly asked the manager for a refund. This was my first experience at PF Changs, and while I understand that quality can vary by location, I won’t be trying any more branches in the future. I also noticed that the menu prices have increased significantly, presumably due to inflation.

This rating is only for the Cadillac Margarita that David the bartender made..(I ended up having to leave before my reservation was called) Back to the Cadillac Margarita-it was sooooo delicious and Potent!!! I don't generally like anything subtle, this drink was very far from subtle, more like a brick through a plate glass window. Hot damn, sumumabitch, It went down my neck in a way a cherry stuck in the windpipe doesn't. Smooth baby. Gotta try it!
the food here is as good as any other pf changs, but it is consistently the slowest one i’ve ever been to. i order (1) dish for takeout, and it is always ready at least 45 min 1 hr past the pickup time listed. even for a weekday lunch, which is kind of ridiculous. not sure what the deal is i would recommend dining in over takeout
We t in 1.5 hours before closing, lots of open tables and the 3 employees standing in the front said they aren't seating anymore and sent us away. Very disappointed and felt they were very rude. Won't be back.
The chicken lettuce wrap was quite good. However, I recommend avoiding the honey chicken, as it was very bland. The mapo tofu also missed the mark, and the broccoli wasn't cooked properly.

I had a 7:30 reservation but wasn't seated until 8:15. The place felt very disorganized. What's the point of making a reservation?
Service nice. Atmosphere nice. Food looked better than it tasted.
