I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant. In the past, it was a challenge to secure a reservation on weekends due to its popularity. Recently, we were fortunate to dine there at 6pm on a Saturday. However, the food quality was disappointing. The crispy green beans were poorly battered and drenched in oil. The Miso Salmon was overcooked and dry, while the Orange Chicken was tough and dry. The Eggplant dish we ordered was returned as it was rubbery and difficult to cut. The service was satisfactory, but overall, the experience was underwhelming.
I don’t get the impression much effort is put into cleaning... Wet can't on seats and tables, soy sauce container not wiped down between customers, pot of tea delivered luke warm. Staff does not seem happy they are getting through the day. Why can’t bowls be served all day and what happened to 1/2 orders of fried green beans and what about specialty items like moo shoo? PF Chang’s used to be a real restaurant and it has lost that cache without losing it’s price point.
Our server was not friendly at all. This is what happens when you get a great experience at a different location then you go to another branch and get less than par service. Needless to say, we will not be going back to that location. Experience is everything. Our server should not be in front of customers.
I had lunch with two friends at this restaurant. The service was excellent, they constantly refilled our drinks and had a wide selection of dishes. I tried the chicken kung pao bowl, which was tasty but a little dry. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our meal.

I have been going to this PF Chang for several years now and the food is excellent, the service attentive, and the atmosphere is inviting.
Not what I remember this restaurant to be. Service was bad and the food was horrible . I remember this place being one of my favorites.
Good food great atmosphere. The service was good. It is a little overpriced for what it is but portions are big sharable family style.
The food didn't taste the same. And it was hardly room temperature. Not hot. The server was pleasant and helpful.
