A team at PF Chang's in Victor informed us that reservations made on Open Table don't really count with them. Needless to say it was a very frustrating situation this evening as we had to wait in the queue for minutes past our reservation. I would recommend you call the restaurant directly
We got right in with our reservation at We ordered at adults and children it then took mins to get our food? It wasn't even that busy! Love the place but I think for rice, Noddles and chicken is a bit much
Food was cold. Sent back and arrived colder than the first time. Took over an hour to get the meal. Only the rice was hot
Had a great time . Enjoyed good food and very good service. Will go again
