Excellent dinner, Egyptian cuisine is a mixture of traditional Turkish, Lebanese and Greek flavours. The boss is very friendly, although perhaps a little too present at the table... but I imagine he is part of the Egyptian friendly culture! Disconnection but not unpleasant: we booked via La Fourchette to benefit from 30c/o discount on the addition. But on the spot, the boss assured us that it was not worth taking a dish on the map and made us a custom menu that turned out to be much cheaper.
