Manager I think it is, David Trigg very discriminatory toward my disabled cousin who owns an assistance dog. Very rude to their whole party and even laughed when my cousin was visibly upset. Do not recommend at all and I will not be visiting nor will anyone I know. absolutely disgraceful. He should be ashamed. Not to mention he likes to post things on Facebook pages about vulnerable people further bullying them and I quote sad old woman which he 's called me among other rude names and gone onto my other reviews (only one business of which I 've complained about due to discrimination) and post that all over social media because he thinks he 's some big boy playing it up to his friends. The drinks are superb, always a friendly face when go in. It’s clean to a high standard the staff are always cleaning tables after customers have left, and tidying up. A lot of big screens to watch the sport can have two games on at once so can’t complain. Lots of seating outside. I must say the staff are brilliant at what they do, Hannah is always pleasant and asks how I am before serving the drink, she seems a very friendly genuine lady who knows her drinks. Thank you to all at the pheasant for working hard through this hard time.
