Phi Gourmet is the only option if you’re in the village of PIerrelongue and don’t care to walk along the busy road to the campground restaurant nearby. Phil. the owner, offers a couple of plats du jour and the two we tried were delicious. We enjoyed a Vietnamese crepe which is created inside a batter that I believe is rice flour based (but it looks like a thin omelette) with bean sprouts and fresh mint, cilantro, and other goodies inside, and a rice paper-wrapped roll served cold which I believe had pork inside. April 2022 of a stone trip that I discovered by chance the cuisine of phi, tasty, generous, beautifully presented and fresh products. everything is prepared on request so think about ordering upstream and you will live a culinary journey. but not only, the wisdom and greatness of the soul are at the heart of this pretty little kitchen.
