This review is about Phillips Seafood located in the Maryland House rest area off Interstate 95. I ordered the crab cake meal that comes with a very small crab cake like what you'd find on a sampler plate, waffle fries it comes with two sides. The price was over $22 and I'd say it took 10-15 minutes waiting for my order... The crab cake wasn't that bad, basic after I saturated it with cocktail sauce lemon, however, I've experienced Phillips in the past and that wasn't it. The cashier emotionally unattached to taking orders, but the pickup person was super courteous! Phillips also had the shortest line in the building, so I wonder if they know what I know and what the past reviews know? Anywa...
At 8:32 PM, I ordered shrimp tacos from this establishment. After waiting until 8:50 PM, I kept asking for a refund because my food either hadn't been prepared or someone else had taken it. The person at the counter repeatedly told me that I would have to wait, claiming he was new. Meanwhile, a staff member in the back was ignoring me. All I wanted was either a refund or confirmation that my order had been made. I left my receipt at the front and walked out. I paid $14 and didn’t want the food or the refund since I had a long trip ahead. This place has the worst service I've ever experienced. Order 2 Crispy Fish $40 well I don't mine paying for good food! I feel like I was robbed... this was not a fish sandwich it was a fish stick on a bun! It was freshly cooked as fresh as frozen can been!! Lol Lettuce tomato appeared fresh. Waffle fries were not good! Most of the tries were cold!

I ordered the Crispy Cod Sandwich, which included a piece of fried cod, some vegetables, and fried potatoes, all for $20. Unfortunately, the taste was just mediocre and didn't justify the price.
