As I approach, I was disappointed to see that only the drive through was open. They were out of cheesesteak pretzels as well as hot dog pretzels. I still ordered pretzel bites, cheeseburger pretzel bites, and nacho cheese dip. The lady at the drive-through told us to pull around front and wait for the cheeseburger pretzel bites as she handed me the nacho cheese dip. As I opened the nacho cheese dip I noticed a hair. The staff was fantastic, but unfortunately, the food was tough and lacked freshness. I ordered a bucket of rivets and a pretzel dog, both of which were hard and stale. I would consider returning, but only if I could get freshly prepared items.
Had high expectations based on the good reviews. However, the food was hard and very salty. I order the pretzel dogs and they tasted like it was sitting there for a while. And the customer service was not friendly either.

The young kid gave me cold and wet pretzels. I didn 't notice until I got home, or I would have driven back to get some fresh, warm ones!!! Shame!
