The pretzels at Philly Pretzel Factory were delicious. It's primarily a spot for quick eats rather than a formal dining experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, eager to answer questions and customize unsalted pretzels. They provide a range of dipping sauces, as well as frozen lemonade and bottled drinks. Parking is limited in front, but there's additional space in the back, although you'll need to walk around since there's no rear entrance.
On November 11th, I ordered two party trays from Philly Pretzel Factory. When someone went to pick them up, only half of the order was ready. When I called to ask about it, they blamed me for not clarifying that it was for two trays. I ended up leaving my son's birthday party to retrieve the rest of the order, and there were no apologies or offers for delivery. I hope they reconsider their staffing, as their products could be excellent.
The mini cheesesteaks are delicious. Waited 6 minutes for a pretzel dog, which was gross. It was dry and the American cheese inside was nonexistent. Both the hot dog and the pretzel wrapped around it was flavorless and bland. It?s also ridiculous thatyou have to pay .55 cents for mustard of all things. Any other pretzel place gives you mustard for no extra charge.
Hot fresh soft crunchy, salted perfectly, get the crowd pleaser pack! The spicy mustard is delicious and not really spicy. If you're doing a fundraiser, pretzels are a fantastic option, we did it for cheer and did very well. Buy for family parties, orjust a treat. I sound like a commercial, but we really do enjoy Philly Pretzels. Book a table now
I tried Philly Pretzels at a party this weekend on a party platter .. I was curious to check them out ! We got a fabulous weekday deal 10 pretzels for $5 . They were hot and fresh and we devoured a few of them in the car ! I tried the cheddar and nacho cheese dip . The nacho was mildly spicy . We will definitely be back !

I use them every time I have an event and I am never disappointed. The products are affordable, the pretzels are delicious, and the customer service is excellent. I even made an error the last time I placed an order and the manager was nothing butaccommodating in resolving the issue.
It was HORRIBLE waited outside for 30 minutes just to get in and they told me there behind today and it's another 50 minute wait at best!!!!!! Horrible no excuse for that. Book a table now
The pretzel hot dog was great! I also bought some regular pretzels which were very good. The girl who helped us was very helpful and friendly.
