We've had a lot of questionable experiences here since they opened but overall enjoy the food and the customer service most visits they always try to make it right. I just experienced the absolute worst customer service possible here in front of my children for no reason and we won't be returning. We keep hearing they're hiring new staff to weed out the bad ones but it seems to be getting worse. Definitely bummed that they did so awesome in the beginning just for this to happen.
I just went in and got a Mushroom n Swiss with Onion Rings and it was definitely delicious and I spoke with the new owner and he was real down to earth and he was very receptive to my thoughts and feelings. All the changes that was made was due to Consistency and Customer Service and not profit margins. The staff was very polite and professional and I'll definitely will be going back real soon.
My friend and I stopped at this place for something different, first time was a little disappointing, tried them again..This placeos a no for me. They don't offer any condiments for your meal, I asked for mayo, the drowned the sandwich, the fries were brunt and hard. They were nice about giving me a refund but I feel like this was deliberately done to us. I will never return.
I enjoy the food at this restaurant. Make sure to add beer cheese to your Philly sandwich if you prefer a runny cheese, otherwise it will just be regular cheese. The only issue with this place is that they have inconsistent hours of operation, so it can be hit or miss when visiting during normal business hours. I'm not sure what's going on with that. I had an issue with my order when I got home from the restaurant. I contacted the store and the manager took immediate action, making a new order and delivering it to my address personally. The staff also followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I want to give a big shoutout to the Philly Shop and their management for their excellent service!
New owner just as bad food. Having lived in Philadelphia I know what a Philly steak sandwich should look, feel, and taste like and this is not it. The sandwich I received had granular meat not shaved ribeye chopped into ribbons.Also it was so overseasoned and salty that it was only just edible. Yet again I can 't see it surviving
the chili was cold and there was no cheese. the hot dog was small and had no condiments at all on it. you pay for a chili dog you expect it to be better than sonic. highly disappointed again. we will never be back.
I wish the Philly cheesesteak had onions and peppers, but that was my fault for not reading the ingredients. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. This will definitely be a favorite spot for my family. Book a table now
