I'm a regular at this location.. There seems to be a new night time crew this weekend.. Saturday night to be exact.. The old crew I'm used to seeing wasn't there.. This new staff appeared to be family members maybe.. Nevertheless they were slow in getting food out correctly.. The old crew was faster and always on point from my experience.. I highly recommend trying the delicious Philly cheesesteaks at this restaurant! The service was excellent and we enjoyed a lovely dinner. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5. Some dishes I recommend trying are the Mozzarella Sticks, Cheesesteak Hoagie, and Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich.

I do not plan on going back to that restaurant. The staff was rude to me and I will not tolerate that kind of behavior. I want to caution everyone against going to that place. Their attitude was terrible and their service was lousy. I have no desire to visit that place again. Papa Murphy's is a better option. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there from a recommendation of a family member. I was NOT disappointed. This place was great. The atmosphere was family driven. The food was distinctly Philly and enjoyable. I would tell anyone to go there. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We absolutely adore the Cheesesteak Subs from Philly's, they are unmatched in Pensacola! The ingredients are consistently fresh and tasty, and the customer service is consistently pleasant. Our rating: Food: 5 Service: 5
