I have been going to eat at this place for years and it had always been good but today, the man who always serves was in a very bad mood, when I paid the bill I took out my card to pay firmly and put the amount that was, to which The man immediately tells me, AND THE TIP? (It is worth mentioning that the tip said it in cash but on my card I only wanted to put the total of the account) when he DEMANDS THE TIP he tells me, WHY DON'T YOU GIVE A TIP, which is already annoying, I responded WHY NOT!!! He snatches the ticket from me, he turns his face at me and leaves, I think these are not ways to treat customers, the guy had it in me in my bad mood and I decided not to leave him anything, VERY RU...
Now I know why I've never eaten here. The food was freezer burned, service was terrible, it took 25 minutes just to get our check because the server refused to make eye contact and hung out in the back. Then at the end I'm told they can't take my debit card and can only take cash, there was no communication before my meal or even a simple sign on the door. It's really not that hard! All I wanted was a small snack and I got a headache instead.
Our usual restaurant was closed on Sunday so we took a chance eating here. Not sure why their rating is only a 4 but I would place a solid 5 for everything. Food was delicious, quick service, and friendly employees. You can choose your portion size so no waste or leftovers. I especially loved that no loud music was playing. We were able to enjoy a peaceful conversation and not have to yell over the music.
Price was double that the website and pictures say. $15 for veg+tofu bowl instead of the $7.75 online. Disappointed. Edit: added pics showing the prices were from the website, not from the 4 year old google pictures
