I ordered a roast pork Bahn Mi and a friend ordered a chicken Bahn Mi roll. The whole process of putting the bread in a toaster to adding ingredients did not look very convincing this is comparing to the Ja Jon vietnamese restaurant in the city where similar roll can be ordered and its fresh and very well prepared. the bread is suppose to be like a baguette very crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft inside however here the bread looked stale especially when the lady put the bread in the toaster, anyway we tried to the eat Bahn Mi roll and it was the worst roll ever with the pork too salty and excessive pickled carrot with hardly any chilli when I especially mentioned extra chilli. Based on the portion sizes compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited in Hobart, the prices here are quite steep. For instance, the $15.50 noodle salad I ordered was insufficient for my lunch, and I don’t have a large appetite (I weigh 53 kg). After finishing it, I still felt the need to eat more. I’m really disappointed.
I found this restaurant at the top of the search results because of its name. I spent $20 on a bowl of plain water with instant noodle pho, a few slices of meat, and no vegetables or any other types of beef that you'd typically expect in a regular pho. Even though I was very hungry, I still didn't enjoy the taste at all.
This was probably one of my most favourite Pho experiences ever. As a lover of beef pho this meal was outstanding. Perfect sized meal, great ratio of meat to noodles and soup! If I lived in Hobart or Tasmania I would definitely frequent this establishment.

eating is always amazing. service is always friendly. simply the best healthy option in the glenorchy area. it is a scandal to see so many people eating kfc when this restaurant is 10m away.
