Food comes to your table with in 10 minutes of ordering. Service is fast and efficient. Servers are knowledgeable and very pleasant. Everything was great except calamari. It didn't taste like calamari at all. They happily took it back and didn't charge us. Their oxtail soup, grill chicken and shrimp rice plates were delicious. I loved their lemon soda. It was very refreshing. The restaurant smells so good when you enter that you feel the hunger instantly. We will be back!!
Sketchy unprofessional management.They charged me $16 for a $12 item. When I asked them about it the manager could not articulate his reason and just walked away saying, “everything so expensive” in a really sassy way.I definitely won’t be coming here again, and I actively advise against it. There are plenty of other pho places this one is not special.If you check out other reviews of this place you’ll find that flies and general cleanliness are also an issue.
The staff here are all attentive to detail so long as you give them any for those a little more like me, and a bit more on the Pickler side.Accommodations are great. And their Pho is topnotch, arguably better than that from Vietnam, with an authentic taste.Delicious, mind you their Fruit Smoothies are more fruit than sugar doused drinks- making those too-, very delicious.I love the Avocado Smoothie.

Pro:Excellent go to spot for Bún bò Huế.Very friendly staff.Consistent food and fast service.Water carafe for the table is a major plus.Dining is always a great experience.Take out is quick and well packed.Con:Restaurant is in a very busy lot with other food establishments and a large grocery store. Parking is pretty tough on the weekends.
This place is a real gem! Best bun bo hue I’ve found yet in Fremont. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is also a banger. Service is friendly and fast, and the decor is cute.
They Charged me TWICE, $129 for a $69 dollar (already Overpriced) Meal, and the food wasn't worth nearly half the price.EDIT: They charged me THREE TIMES.
