Such a cute restaurant, from the very simple but elegant sign on their front to the neon accent light on the inside. I loved the lighting on the ceilings too which made it look elegant as well. I loved the food and wish I tried more. I met up with some friends but unfortunately I couldn't stay long to enjoy some of the food so hopefully I'll go next time when I have more time to relax and enjoy. I had the spring rolls which were so yummy, I wish I had the whole thing to myself. I also had their House Pepper calamari which I had to pack some for home because I love me some crispy calamari. I also had the Buttered garlic wings which were perfectly crispy and yummy. I was also able to take some...

My visit to Pho Alley was marred by a series of disappointments. Initially, we were greeted with a wet seating area. Despite asking for it to be cleaned, it remained uncomfortably damp. The confusion didn't end there. Our orders seemed to be forgotten, necessitating a second request. It was disheartening to see others, who arrived after us, being served first. Service was slow, and even basic needs like water required multiple reminders.Regarding the pho, I expected a lot more, especially considering the price. Sadly, it lacked the authentic, rich flavors that define great pho.In conclusion, while the service was just about average, it couldn't salvage the overall experience marked by disorga...

I recently visited Pho Alley in Cypress for a quick lunch with my wife, and it was a delightful experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, including Egg rolls, Combination Pho, and Popcorn chicken with a side of rice. The Combination Pho was a highlight, boasting a flavorful broth, tender beef, and an ample serving of noodles. It was a warm and comforting choice. The Egg rolls were a perfect starter, coming out fresh and hot, and the Popcorn chicken was a pleasant surprise; not overly seasoned, allowing the natural flavors to shine. What made our visit even more enjoyable was the friendly and attentive staff. If you're in the mood for a tasty and quick lunch, Pho Alley is definitely worth a v...

Here's what I have to say... there are a few things that the place can fix that would make the experience dramatically better. The first thing I noticed when I sat down was this god awful smell of dirty rag. I beg the owner to invest $20-30 for a new set of rags every so often. The next thing that could be fixed to make the overall experience better is the water. I can taste a very strong tap taste. Like really bad actually. In terms of the pho itself? Good. I do think that the prices in general are a bit too much. 16 for a regular bowl, non-combo. And 15 for a chicken rice dish? Should be ~12 for the rice dish. I will be returning and I hope to dear goodness that they see this and make thos... Book a table now

The food and service were excellent! We tried the oxtail fried rice, and it was absolutely delicious! It was perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and had a delightful crunchy bottom with a sunny-side-up egg on top. I will definitely be returning for this dish. We also had the pork banh mi sandwich, which was very tasty as well. The menu offers many unique and interesting items, and I can't wait to come back and try more!

I went to pho alley with a group of friends and I had such a great experience! The interior had a modern decor and it was very spacious. The service was great, everyone was really polite. The food is tasty, crunchy and presented beautifully. I didn't get to try the pho but I loved the other dishes. I had pineapple fried rice, spring rolls and I tried their egg coffee. All of it was amazing !

The food was good, but they nickel-and-dime you for everything. We were a party of four adults and two kids and ordered seven dishes. When we requested extra soup for the noodles, they charged us $2.50. We also paid an additional $4 for the noodles, which I can understand, but not for the soup. On top of that, they included an 18% tip on our bill. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The garlic noodles with rib eye are bomb. My friend had the bone marrow fried rices and he said it was overcooked but I really liked the food I had. I was so full. Lobster spring rolls are also really delicious. Book a table now

This is a really charming place for a date night. The pho and spring rolls were delightful, though the Thai tea was just average. Overall, I would recommend it due to the friendly staff.
