Very bad serving attitude from the mid aged waiter!I had a party of 7 for lunch. The restaurant was crowd. I wrote my name on the waiting list. I saw a long table of 8 seats with only a couple at the end. So I politely asked the couple whether they might move to another vacant table. They agreed. I also told another waiter on it and he agreed. I sat at the table for 8 people with 6 friends arrived. The mid aged waiter had a black face and did not like what I did. The mid aged waiter asked us to move to another table. When we left our table, we noticed that the table was made with two small tables which normally seated 4 people. Very upset with the arrangement! Another waiter serving the food...
This 1 star is only for the service. I ordered when I walked in as I knew what I wanted. Other arrived got their food. Im still sitting there. No one said anything to me . When I finally asked where my soup was the order had not been put in. No apologies from the owner no acknowledgement of my waiting so long and I did make eye contact. So long story short I was ready to walk out but then my pho finally arrived. It was really good pho. Veggie . Clean pure tasty. I might go back but not sure I want to be ignored again. The owner never smiled once.Service is part of the meal.
This is without a doubt my favorite spot in the entire Bay Area for Pho. The restaurant is consistently bustling, a clear indicator of its excellence. The service is quick and efficient, and the food never fails to impress with its consistent quality and flavors. I plan on being a loyal customer here for as long as I live, or until they close their doors - though I sincerely hope that never happens.
First time coming here and honestly we loved it! We will definitely come back again. The service was good, they brought our food out really quick even though there was a lot of people. I am vegan and they have good vegan options. I ordered Tofu Vermicellidish and my husband got the veggie noodle soup/pho with tofu we also got fresh spring rolls with tofu and everything wasdelicious!

My parents and I would always come here for pho. They serve all the usual with the pho and it definitely warms the soul. I gave four stars because the prices are okay. There seems to be something lacking with the presentation of the place. I'm not surewhat it is.
It was okay... Serving size was a bit generous but went heavy on noodles and light on veggies. The wontons tasted a bit undercooked. The broth was decent. Service was quick. One of the better pho places in the area but nothing to go out of the wayfor.
This is my go-to Phō restaurant in the bay area. I've been going for years and i'm never disappointed with the food. Dining is good and take out is convenient. I recommend the Phō Ga and their drinks!
Pho is on point here! Eggrolls are great as well! My daughter along with other patrons love the smoothies they make. Place can be busy but definitely my go to spot when I need a bowl of soup ? ?

As a first-time customer, I had high expectations for the service and food at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both. I hope they improve for future customers.
The food here is great but I always have a problem with something like a hair coming out of the spring rolls. Now a ROACH fell from the vents……..
