"This is AMAZING! On the way back to Denver. The noodle soup fastenings, pad Thai and Boba tea were some of the best I ever had. The decor itself is clean, spacious and along a sweet little stream. The staff is so sweet."

So a wonderful place to find legit Vietnamese cuisine in this part of Colorado West from Denver on the way to Vail. It brings a great reason to stop from Georgetown. The food is delicious, the Pho really hit the square and made me super full. Not only was it delicious, the beef was tender and juicy. The only sad thing for me is that they no longer serve tendons as an option with their pho. You can also enjoy a wide selection of beer/alcohol with your meal. If you stay in the area, this is a simple place to walk. It is also on the river so that you can enjoy your time outside eating in summer next to the flowing water. The fried egg rolls are also deliciously crispy!

Randomly spotted this place on the map as I was stopping to get gas, and I'm really glad I did. Their pho is as good as any I've had. Really flavorful broth, plus you get all the usual fixings to put in and spice it up. The meat was really tender and the Thai basil was surprisingly fresh. And their large bowl was truly large, which I always appreciate. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a warm, filling meal on their way through the mountains or coming home from skiing!

The place to eat in Georgetown cozy, fast, delicious. Also used for those who are gluten-free as Pho (and their other dishes) rice noodles. I'd travel to come here. And cheap drinks! The bowls are huge and there were many ways to add ins. I'm not sure how this jewel ended where it's a horse city like Georgetown, but worth a stop.

It is easy to say that this was the best vegan / vegetarian pho I had in recent years. The veggie broth and aromas were delicious. They were limited to a few foods and drinks, but what they have at their disposal was delicious. The Boba tea was also delicious.
