This was a terrible experience. My food was utterly disgusting and that wasn 't the worst part. The service was so ridiculous it was insane. I simply asked to get another dish because my food was too sweet. I ordered beef pho and yes it was too sweet. Maybe it was me but I couldn 't eat it. The guy walks out and tells me that the food is fine because it 's the way they always make it. Would exchange the dish and didn 't refund my money. Totally terrible service. But what do you expect. The entrance looked like it was still under construction and on a Thursday at 7:30 in Buckhead the restaurant sat completely empty. Except for us two people who wanted to leave. The food overall (while reasonably priced) was just OK. Not bland but not flavorful either. Although our server was professional, friendly and attentive, I did notice another server who had his Airpods in the entire time while serving other guests. The shrimp spring rolls were heavy on the shredded lettuce and had small shrimp. So you really couldn't taste anything but the lettuce. The shrimp pho comes with the chicken broth so if you're pescatarian, you may want to ask for the vegan broth.
The first time we came here—the best place in the area to have Vietnamese food. The menu is easy to understand and very detailed for customers. Amiable atmosphere, and the waiter with a black shirt, he seems working alone at the front but was friendly and gave us exactly what we needed, fast service even during their busiest time. Although we ordered a lot, he had great memories cause he remembered all of it. Overall, definitely will come back.
Me and my husband love this place. We drive 20 min even though we have lots of pho places around us. The servers are kind, the place is always clean and the food is amazing. My husband get the large pho and always say the food is hugging his stomach. I get the rice plates and never regret it! The service is fast too, usually. I hope they are receiving all credit and compliments they deserve! Thank you, guys :

The food was extremely underwhelming. The $17 appetizers were very skimpy. The 3 meat pho only came with meatballs and not the 3 types of meat we ordered. Will be checking out other establishments for pho before we try this one againFood: 1/5
So good! A lot of sunlight, very clean, really nice plating, and the food is great. Everyone should try their vegetarian egg rolls, they taste better than the original! And the pho is just as good. 5/5!
Not expecting such a simple store with very little hep out front, but the pho was good. Hands down a good pho place. Simple but very good. Lack option but I just like the pho.
