We hadbeef carpaccio very good, great amount of topping on top ie herbs and peanuts. Beef appears to be freshly cut and not oldChicken pho great flavor to broth, chicken isn't completely over cooked to a point of pure dryness, my little 4yo girl loved itSatay rare beef noodle soup the satay flavor wasn't overwhelming and was at a level I enjoyed. The satay soup was also not super thick and was able to retain a soup like consistency rather than a paste in some restaurantsCheesy butter clams the flavor was great, however the clams were a bit underdone, could have been in the oven for about a min or 2 more, being underdone made the clams' texture slimy. I had to send it back to the kitchen to r...

I like Pho Element but I have some reluctance coming back. The interior is quite modern and the service is way better than standard Asian service. There 's parking on the street or a tiny lot in the back, and the pho ga with giblets is one of the best. It 's always very cold inside but it 's perfect for a piping hot bowl of pho.So what 's the issue? My biggest qualm is how thirsty I get after. Foods good but I just get sooooo thirsty! Besides that, I like this place. I really wanna try the Hainanese chicken and rice.
I ordered takeout without realizing I was craving spring rolls and vermicelli bowls. The shrimp spring rolls were delicious, although a bit too heavy on the noodles for my liking. The vermicelli bowls were large, and we definitely could have shared one. The pork and five-spice chicken were both excellent. The restaurant is located off El Camino, so be prepared to park a few blocks away as there is no parking lot. Despite the busy atmosphere, I will definitely return as we seemed to have chosen a popular spot.
I ordered takeout and was impressed with the packaging! I appreciate that they separated the soup and beef so that the beef stayed rare. While I've had better Rare Beef Filet and Beef Meatball Noodle Soup before, I would still give it a 5/10 for its flavorful soup and good meatballs. I also enjoyed the addition of jalapeños and lemon. The BBQ Pork and Imperial Roll with Vermicelli is definitely worth trying, I would rate it a 9/10! Book a table now
Chicken Noodle Soup warm, delicious, with thin slices of chicken and noodles. This soup was so simple yet so light and delicious. The broth had the right amount of salt and flavor from the chicken.Saigon Butter Tofu hot, buttery tofu with a buttery flavor. It was very fresh, and hotter than the soup. The skin is so crispy.Very quick service with warm delicious food. The waiter gave us recommendations and they were good!
The Pho here is excellent. The rare meat was cooked perfectly and had amazing texture and flavor. I was disappointed that the Pho didn't come with bean sprouts, as I wanted some vegetables with my meal. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would definitely come back again.
Every food we ordered was so delicious and authentic. Especially the grilled chicken and Pho were very good than expected.Parking: The parking is located behind the shop. But the slots are limited need to make sure to have a vacancy to park otherwise need to find another space.
I got the pho tai for lunch on a Monday and my friend and I were seated immediately. The servers took our order fast and the food came out even quicker! I got a small pho tai and it was delicious, served as almost 2 meals for me. I would come back here for pho in San Mateo! Book a table now
Loved the butter fried tofu, hainanese chicken rice and barbecue pork fried rice! Their pho #23 still hit the spot and I would like to try different things next time
Pretty decent pho in the South Bay Area. I wished they gave more sauce though if you were ordering to go.
