Pho Factory is located in the small strip plaza that holds Grand Mart, and their menu offers starters, pho, rice dishes, vermicelli bowls, pan fried noodles, fried rice, and vegetarian options. We came here for an early dinner, and we ordered: +the Vietnamese Summer Rolls filled with shrimp, lettuce, basil, and thin noodles, wrapped in a rice paper, and served with peanut sauce; this was more noodle heavy, but it was still fresh and tasty; the peanut sauce was good, and I added sriracha to kick it up a bit +the Butter Fried Chicken Wings marinated and butter fried to crispiness; the hubs enjoyed these when it was freshly made; however, any leftovers didn 't have the same taste +the #4 House...

The restaurant was clean, quiet, and cozy with excellent customer service. I was seated immediately, given a menu, and had just enough time to decide on my order. The appetizer of spring rolls was super crispy and flaky, cut in half for easy eating. They were tasty and held my attention until the main dish arrived. I ordered the #4 Combination Pho with bible tripe and meatballs added. The large bowl of hot steamy soup arrived first, followed by a plate piled high with sprouts, basil leaves, lime, and Jalapeno slices. After rolling up the ingredients and adding them to the soup, it was a flavorful and delicious experience. The meat was tender, and even the tripe had a good chew without being...
We ordered the crispy egg noodle, which was tasty. However, the portions of tofu and meat were a bit sparse considering the price. The service was adequate, but the atmosphere left much to be desired. There was no music, the TV was on without sound, and the restaurant was empty and quiet. Additionally, there was no air conditioning or fans. I'm not sure if they were not working or simply not turned on, but it was uncomfortably hot. I noticed a review from a month ago mentioning the same issue, so it seems like they maintain that temperature regularly. I wouldn’t return, as I don't plan to pay those prices while sweating through my meal.
The food was ok,nothing special, the servise was horrible ,only the manager with she did not have any customer ser Servise skills, the food ,as slammed on our table,no drinks, we want add to our food she had an attitude, and accused me that I do not like her,I came to eat peacefully. What she said after that is beyond any body to understand ,my conclusion she is mentalt unstable if you go over there try to avoid the manager in ashburn locations Book a table now
We were seated quickly, it was pretty quiet for a Saturday night. Pho was hot, and tasted good. Their summer rolls were kind of gummy and the peanut sauce was more soy-tasting than Im used to. Overall, Id say the food was good. Service was ok, we had to ask for more water and they didnt seem super interested in helping.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and truly authentic. I would definitely dine here again. The service was great for takeout, and the meal type was dinner. The price per person ranges from $10-20. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5.
The staff at this restaurant is friendly and welcoming, always with genuine smiles. The price range for dinner is between $10 and $20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a top rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Pho Soup.
