Pho House - Table reservation

The vegetarian pho here is simply THE BEST. I live in LA now, where there is *plenty* of Vietnamese AND vegetarian food — and I have yet to find a better vegetarian pho. Every time I come back to visit Michigan, it’s my tradition to stop for vegetarian pho here at least once on my trip. The vegetarian pho here doesn’t aim to mimic a traditional meat pho, which I like — instead, it takes its own amazing direction. The soup base is hearty and umami, and there are plenty of vegetables added in. The tofu is a sponge tofu which tastes incredible when soaked in the broth. I drive by at least three times or more. I think this restaurant is here to stay. Clientele: working folks, construction, college types, families with babies. The hum, music, noises and folks relaxed all so comforting. Adequate texture, seasoned nice soup; a health food to be savored and I added more spice, which stays on the table. Sometimes it’s not what’s on the outside but what is on the inside.

Quick late lunch /early dinner at Pho House in Ypsilanti. Good food, server was stretched thin. Beef Flank Pho with fixings, house special grilled pork, bite egg rolls, shrimp and Sausage Tom Kha Soup and Crab Rolls like a crab Rangoon Just don’t use the restroom.

They have the best pho and food service ever and I love their smoothies. Thoses are the best smoothies I hav had. Definitely worth going there’s.

We really enjoyed the food. The portion size was generous the price point was good. We will definitely come again.
