Wow. What can I say. We had the Chicken spring rolls wrapped in icey cool lettuce leafs, lightly dipped in the dipping sauce along with the Pork wontons that were fried to within an inch of perfection and the special Beef Pho with the brisket slices, beef balls and tendons. The flavors in the Pho seemed delicate to begin with, but then intensified the deeper as you dredged into the bowl. But the crowd stopper were the mini crispy pancakes. These little beauties were a gastronomic and visual delight for the senses. By far the super star of the show. The flavors were authentic enough that if you shut your eyes, you could imagine that you were at Hoi Ann, but with out the oppressive heat and hu...
We visited Pho Kingdom on a chilly weeknight and were appreciative to find a business open after 7.30 still taking orders. Walked in to a very industrial decor and helped ourselves to a seat, soon followed by the owner and chef with our menus. I ordered the Fried Noodle Stir Fry and it was delicious, authentic and very reasonably priced. The spring rolls were handmade and also a great choice. I noticed plenty of CCTV in the store but wasn't bothered by it as it's there for protection of both the business and patrons. I would order here again,
Pho Kingdom In Frankston has delicious food and good service. BYO ONLY. It’s a hidden gem. Easy on the pocket too. Everything is fresh, light and so tasty. Mini Pancakes are a must. Especially loved the fried rice plenty of veg. Spring Rolls tasty not greasy. Try the banana fritters... yum! Can’t wait to go back with my friends.
This restaurant is clean and spacious, with large wooden boards coming from the open kitchen at the back. Our appetizers, the roasted winzer spring rolls, were deliciously cooked and crispy, just like the rest of our meal. The prices are reasonable, and I definitely plan to return!

Wow this place is great!!! Reallly great!!! Very fresh ingredients and excellently balanced use of spices in the soup. The rice paper rolls were so full of vegetables and herbs rather than just vermicelli...the best I've had outside of Vietnam.
We really like coming here, we have always had tasty food; they also have good vego options. Sometimes, service can be a bit slow, but staff make up for it for being so nice! Thanks for the good food!
I absolutely love this place! I dine here every week, and I can't recommend it enough. The food is always fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. You really can't go wrong!
The pho ga was very nice with good flavour. Fresh chili. The rice paper rolls were a bit stale and stiff. The service was excellent although not very talkative.
