I’m from Sacramento and recently visited my sister and her husband, who wanted to check out this pho restaurant. We gave it a try, and I’m glad we did! They use only Wagyu beef in their pho, and the broth was delicious while the meat was incredibly tender. We also ordered a few other dishes, including the sizzling Wagyu carpaccio, which was delightful and prepared right in front of us—such a cool experience! For dessert, we had some taro teppanyaki, and oh my goodness, I wanted more! Unfortunately, I didn’t snap a photo because we devoured it so quickly. It was flaky, buttery, and just absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely return when I’m in town. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeabl...

The place seemed to look modern and new ish inside, but with a closer look you can see that surfaces were a little dirty and the bathroom was a bit worn. The food was alright. For the pho you definitely do get a lot of meat and veggies, but the broth was not very flavorful and the noodles lacking. The service was alright. The server was very nice during greeting and order taking, but was slow and not very attentive. No follow ups to offer water or check-ins were given after the food was served.Overall I'd say this place is a solid 3.5/5 stars. It was decent for what you pay for, but I'm not sure if I would go back.
The soup was incredibly flavorful, with thin noodles cooked almost to al dente perfection. The quality of the meat here is outstanding; it's much more tender than what you find at other pho restaurants. They definitely use a fattier cut than the typical eye round, which tends to be leaner and can be a bit tough. While the prices are slightly higher than other pho places, the quality of the meat definitely makes it worthwhile. The egg rolls were just average. The service was quick, likely because we visited during non-peak hours. The ambiance was modern and clean, making for a pleasant dining experience.
A decent meal. I wouldn’t say it has been the best pho I have ever had, but they do serve a well simmered broth.Their establishment if well cleaned. The server was friendly and polite. However, service was slow. They do not have the freshest ingredients. I asked twice for a replacement of ingredients.I don’t see myself returning here as my experience did not entice me to want more, or try their other dishes. Also, the windows had friendly-small crawlers as companions to eat beside Book a table now
Went here on a whim and gotta say was not disappointed. I ordered the pho with rare steak and fresh noodles. My sister had the pho combo with fresh noodles. The broth was rich and flavorful, plenty of meat and the fresh noodles were really good. We also shared an order of spring rolls with pork. Very crispy and fresh as well. Definitely check it out!We will be back.

We waited for more than an hour and didn’t get a table despite being promised the wait is short.Yelp waitlist shows 12-24 minutes but JMP one were monitoring the tablet. The staffs ignored us at the doorway for a long time before saying it will take a few more minutes (there were 3 empty tables).
My go-to spot for pho. While their pho is slightly more expensive than other places, their generous portion, high quality soup, and top notch service makes it worthwhile!Food: 5/5 Book a table now
The rare steak pho is fantastic! The Wagyu beef is incredibly tender, and the broth rivals any good pho you'll find in Little Saigon. Food: 5/5
