I worked for her for a while. How the boss treated me like a slave. I worked from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., but the boss presses me from 10 a.m. and always ends at 8:30 p.m. A total of 11 hours a day, but they count me only 9.5 hours a day. In November 2022, but they only paid 10 Cads for an hour. I cooked, the dishes washed, the kitchen cleaned, sometimes I cleaned the table, I always do 3 things at once. I was 11 hours a day, and I didn't have 1 minute to relax, do everything with high press, and the boss always shouted at me as I am her slave. That's terrible surroundings and I couldn't suffer. It was sat with a friend to lunch, read a lot of good criticism about this place, effortlessly said, place is clean, only man and woman working in the dinning room, menu average Vietnamese dishes. Higher expectations? First: very small part for big Pho for $16 second: BROTH is tasteless, tasteless, third party: how can you bless sorched chilie oil, taste terrible and too pricy for the quality you get, various strokes for different people, there are so many restaurants in the area, for sure I don't come back, but one, very friendly service, restaurant airy and clean.
The food is not bad, the working environment makes it harder to eat. The lady always cries to her staff and doesn't seem to be waiting for her food there. Someone will report them because they take off their employees, you can't scream at your staff, that's Canada. Even the servers are shouted when they only have 2 works and do everything while they cries up and down. I'm sorry for her when I sit down with the terrible boss.
Inflamed to see the Pho Phu Thinh owners again today. We had called in our order and it was ready to pick up in the time they said. The 2 entrees and additional appetizers were still hot when we were home. Wonderful aromas.
