The food and service was great! I had the fried pork egg rolls (A1) and the combination bowl (B1), both of which were delicious.The only criticism I have is that, once we were done with our food, we had to go up to the host stand to ask our server for boxes and our check. The server didn’t seem to return our table after we were done eating. I noticed a number of customers do the same thing. I am not sure if that is the typical process but if so they should inform the customer that once they are done eating they can go to the host stand to pay for their check and get boxes.Otherwise I would definitely recommend coming here and I will still return!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The vegetable dish I ordered was poorly prepared and served, making me wonder if it was intentional. The pho was extremely salty and the service was terrible. The staff, mostly young kids, seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. The traditional pho did not taste authentic at all. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the food and service.
This is the best Pho restaurant I have ever been to! The broth has an amazing depth of flavor. The portion sizes are very generous and the staff are all friendly and attentive. I had a special request that was accommodated without any issues. The restaurant is located in a large strip mall, is kid-friendly, and wheelchair accessible.
I cannot in good conscience give this restaurant a single star. We sat there for 20 minutes without being served a single drink or meal. It's understandable if they were short-staffed, but the lack of attention and apology for the inconvenience was unacceptable. All we had was water, and the overall experience felt unwelcoming.
