Pho Sunday Rose - Table reservation

Do not order delivery from this place! Ordered takeaway delivery which took over 2 hours to arrive. 2 minutes before the food was due to arrive it was cancelled. When I called the restaurant, I was told that the Uber drive cancelled. I told them my kids and pregnant wife were hungry and waiting for a long time for the food we paid for, there was no care on their end. I offered to pick up the cold food but we would like it for free, they said they were throwing it away and we we Would need to re-order and pay again.Never going back here again due to the disgusting customer service!

we live in craigieburn and have ordered pho from a local Vietnamese restaurant, but since the kovid their quality and customers went down. in the meantime prices rose. it took a year to find a really great authentic pho and I'm so glad we found pho sunday rose. the broth and the bark is delicious and I can not mistake to expell it from the trips are great at $13 14 per serving. in contrast to whm bros is craigieburn, which charge $20 22 per serving! if they love pho, then they do their own a fallen and try our pho sunday rose.

After living 6 years in the area, I just got to know this place a few months ago! As a fan of Vietnamese food, I was going to Richmond/Footscray/St Albans. The food quality at Pho Sunday Rose is acceptable, but they need to be more professional in hosting dine-in customers. They surprised me when they said they don't make Ban Mi.

Love their rice paper rolls!! Probably the best in Melbourne.
