Finally found the chance to order from Pho Today and the food was great! The only reason I give it 3 stars is because takeout was a bit of a hassle. I called to place an order for takeout and I totally understand that dinner time can be super busy and they are in a rush but they were so quick to hang up on me that they didn't even hear me when I asked for no bean sprouts thankfully they come packaged separately so I was able to omit it myself and extra sriracha. Lastly, packing was terrible! They placed the pho broth sideways ... which really isn't smart and instead causes spillage. Thankfully I noticed it right away as it started leaking from the bag to my clothes that I was able to fix it...
maybe four stars is a stretch maybe 3 1 2. service was friendly and eating came out quickly. the prices for lunch are moderate. we tried the summer rolls that were just in order the peanut dipping sauce helped, but the rolls were not tight and fell apart after two bites. the pork filled spring rolls are deep fried and not all that makes appetit. I had the c11 com tam tom nuong grilled garnels with rice and a small salat. I would order it again. garnelen were very delicious. my wife had the b3 bun ga nurang cha gio grilled chicken dish with rice noodles. He was excellent. we don't know much about Vietnamese eating, but we were happy with our visit. decor is beautiful. no background music. cho...
This restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is really friendly. I come here for my pho fix at least once a week, and I think I could eat it every day without growing tired of it. Some of my favorites include Mi Ga, Vietnamese egg rolls with nam pla, shrimp rolls with spicy peanut dipping sauce, and various noodle and egg roll dishes. If you haven't tried their banh mi, you really should—it's heavenly! I lived in Houston for many years, where there’s a large Vietnamese community and an abundance of excellent Vietnamese restaurants. I can confidently say that Pho Main holds its own among the best.
LOVE PHO! This place is a chain and the service quality shows sometimes. Overall the food is great and I highly recommend their summer rolls. The food comes out unbelievable fast and is always hot. The waiters are ok but can sometimes be impersonal, like just take your order and leaves type of service. I would still recommend this place though because it is definitely the best pho in the area.

I dont know how more people dont know about this place and the Pho soup is the most delicious thing I've tasted in a long time. It's the perfect winter lunch spot. People are sleeping on Vietnamese cuisine. It's like an exotic twist on things you already eat. I still cant get over that savory Pho soup. I could eat it every week.
As an eight-year-old, I loved it. There is a sweet sauce I recommend. It tastes like HONEY. I recommend trying the soups and the bean sprouts which are very crunchy. The soup tastes awesome and the noodles in it taste like advanced noodles.
an ok pho today location. prefer the Piscataway location. my side raw meat was not as fresh as I would have liked. But suppenbrühe was good. if I'm in the opposite, looking for vietnamese, then this place is good.
faster service. delicious and very filling broken rice bowl. sauce is not clumpy sweet as other places. I like that they don't put trendy pop into the music like the Plainsboro site. food: 5 5

Love their seafood pho on a cold night. Excellent soup, and their apps are decent as well. Delicious food for a very low price, and service is excellent no complaints!
get the pho, especially with filet mignon. it's a top notch.
