they can preorder hot pot there, but as far as I know they must be at least 4 people. for those who do not know, hot pot can be compared with fondue that is more familiar to us, only that the ingredients can be cooked in a broth or fried on a small surface. it is a classic Asian dish where they can sit 4 hours with the appropriate pauses (of course so in phong lan . the ingredients consisted of various vegetables, tofu, garnel, bark, fish and bark balls, otopus and rhamennudeln. from the ambiente the phong lan looks more like a diner, but it's pretty nice out there. they sit there under a shaded snake of buzzing. we had a great evening, we paid 20 euro p.p for the hot pot if I remember corre...

Found the restaurant by accident on Google because I wanted to eat good Vietnamese food after Ikea. ; I was by no means disappointed! Very tasty fresh food! I have rarely seen so remote in Germany. Unfortunately, it no longer seems to be an insider tip from 6 p.m the outdoor area quickly filled up to the last seat, which led to slight delays in the kitchen and service. I will be happy to come back soon! (Original Habe das Lokal durch Zufall auf Google gefunden, da ich nach Ikea noch gut vietnamesisch essen wollte. ; Ich wurde keinesfalls enttäuscht! Sehr leckeres frisches Essen! Hab ich selten so abgelegen in Deutschland gesehen. Es scheint leider kein Geheimtipp mehr zu sein ab 18 Uhr füllt...

Sehr gute und original vietnamesische Küche mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl, hat Potential für 5 Sterne, ich muß aber noch weitere Gerichte testen. Etwas abseits von Mainstream, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes.
