Homemade horchata 10/10! I feel like it’s rare to find legit homemade horchata anymore. What really sold me on this place though were the beet tacos. I’m a huge fan of beets and I’ve never seen anything like this. So yummy, would definitely recommend if you like beets. Also got the tostada. This tostada was amazing (see pic) it transported me to a beach in California, I swear. It was so fresh and the guac was perfect. $20 for a flavorless burrito and fountain drink (half the choices weren't available). Been to the Boulder location a bunch, so I thought this would be good too, not true. A wet burrito should have overflowing layers of tasty. Instead I got romaine hearts and some unseasoned chicken. I poured hot sauce on it, but gave up. The restaurant offers a few vegan options that are surprisingly delicious. I did experience a mistake with my meal once where there was chicken included, but they promptly replaced it for me. Despite this minor mishap, I believe that one error shouldn't overshadow their overall quality. I have returned since then and have enjoyed delicious, meat and dairy-free meals.
