I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Picco, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. To begin with, we waited an excruciating 20 minutes just to receive a menu. Then, another 15 minutes passed before someone bothered to take our order. And as if that wasn't bad enough, we had to endure a mind-numbing 40-minute wait for our food to arrive. During a visit to the restroom, a cockroach decided to join us in the dining area. Rather than taking immediate action, a member of the staff simply kicked it out, as though that was an acceptable resolution. At that point, I should have realized this place was a lost cause. The food seemed varied and when it came was very nice, however the service lets this place down We were left on a dark table outside and couldn't see our food. Starters and mains came at the same time tried to get the attention of staff but seemed we were ignored, maybe a brit thing! no one came over to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything eventually after we had finished we had to stand up to leave before they acknowledged us and brought the bill. Unfortunately for the price and lack of service we won't be going back.
Hej, Tonight me and my family visited restaurant Pico,Plata de Muro . we were greeted by a boy in a black shirt with headphones in his ears. since the restaurant was half empty, we headed to one of the free tables where the best position for us with a baby in a stroller was, but he unkindly stopped us and told us to wait... that's not the worst... the we ate and the pasta was tasteless, shiny, not spicy... The impression is that amateurs working in kitchen . price and quality are not in balance.
This place is totally overrated, style over substance I think you would call it and expensive. Staff are not particularly welcome or polite food is very average what we had was tasteless and badly prepared And unappetising not sure if they know but there needs to be a tomato sauce on the pizza not just cheese, and focaccia is a light spongy Italian bread with rosemary and salt not flat and rock hard Wouldn’t recommend as there are better places to eat along the road for less or the same pricing

We dropped in to Picco because it was close to our hotel. We started with a Mojito that was one of top ten ever. This day was a pizzaday and we were kindly informed that one pizza each was far to much. No problem for Picco we could order half a pizza with different taste. Top quality pizza with iberico ham, arugula and cheese. A wonderfull dessert was the final of a simple but perfect dinner. We definitely think that Picco deserves a better ranking here att tripadvisor.
Este sitio esta genial para cenar en familia o con amigos como fui yo. La pizza riquísima, y la comida asiática también . Probamos el atún por recomendación del encargado y nos sorprendió gratamente . El servicio era muy bueno. Los precios acordé con la calidad de la comida y el buen nivel de restaurante . Todo genial . Gracias a nuestro camarero Jonatan y a su responsable por las recomendaciones culinarias . El próximo año volveremos a visitar este restaurante .

We had a nice enough family lunch here. The menu is a mix of pizza and Sushi. Vegetarian options were decent. Service was slow and a bit unfriendly considering we arrived with young kids.
