manager and workers completely disrespected me on the phone and didnt care to fix my issue. I was midlead about wings I ordered about the size and had undercooked food and Was tossed to 3 different people on the phone and when speaking to the manager guy didnt want to talk to me and handed the phone back to the phone girl I asked her to explain what happened to the manager and she said she couldnt and scouffed at me. Ridiculous customer service, I like their pizza and have ordered from them for all my major events and twice a week for sporting events 200+ a week will not be ordering here after being so disrespected again
I 've had some decent pizza from here, but my last 2 experiences haven 't been good. I asked them to remove the skin from my eggplant grinder, and they didn 't. And getting charged over $20 for a sub and onion rings is outrageous. Went in to their restaurant and ordered manacotti. It took them 10 minutes to tell me they were out. And when I placed a simple order for delivery, it took over an hour to get it they are less than 1/4 mile away. There are many great pizza/ Italian restaurants to order from in Waterbury. Try them first
The customer service is trash! They mess up your order and the manager has an “i don’t care” attitude when you call to complain. They talk to you like you’re lying and make YOU come up with a solution. Not apologetic at all just defensive and weird. I will not be ordering from them again. Not worth it! I ordered loaded fries and got burnt fries, no ranch. They gave me marinara sauce and ruined my meal.
have been using them for years. always hot, always fresh, and alot of flavor. I love pie guys. and my kids do too. highly recommend. first time with the Loaded Curly Fries and they were amazing. my 15 Wings Garlic Bread were excellent as usual. and for 4 boys who are never satisfied they ate all the pizza you see missing and then some and then passed out!

Wings are out of the chain. Nice wing. Had the Chipotle citrus wings. Great. Good delivery time. The chicken fingers are real chicken breasts. Order your app and skip the DoorDash Folks. They have their own suppliers. Keep the money in business. Great value. Just over everything, but the cakes come with one side of Fritten
Really poorly customer service ! I asked for 30 sweet chili wings they messed it up came back with 10 sweet chili and 20 regular no flavor I called them back they “were sending someone with the sauce “ who never came ! I called back and wanted a refund they said they were coming never came was very rude on the phone
The calamari tasted like it was fried in dog food. Took one bite and had to toss it. And the pizza is a joke. You can get better pizza from the frozen food section at Walmart! Save your money.
It is so refreshing to seea restaurant making simple dishes from scratch. Fresh tenders made from chicken cutlets! Great job over there at the PG team!
