A great pie! Take out only but a really good pizza. Good quality and good ingredients at a fair price. A hint though. If you are travelling a long way, don't get it cut or the bottom can get a little soggy. If you leave it uncut, it travels better. I think it is the best pizza in Chatham.
Don't plan to eat in. The store is small but the focus is on the pizza. We took a pie back to our hotel. It was a delicious pizza. The staff were friendly although it took a minute for us to decide. I'd recommend ordering a take-out from here any time you have a hankering for pizza.
I was very surprise at the quality and size of the pizza coming from this Fussiness. It reminded me of the 70`s before the Pizza business was taken over by the big franchises Congrats on keeping the Taste alive to bad its takeout only
Picked up a meat lovers pizza. Staff was good and were nice to talk to. Pizza was loaded heavy with toppings and had a pretty good crust which I think is a very important element of a pizza. All in all I enjoyed it and would go back. Book a table now

Moved to Chatham 1 and 1/2 years ago and have only eaten pizza from Pie Zanos and have always been satisfied. The mature staff always have it hot and ready on time. Best we've ever had .
You have to try Pie Zanos they make the tastiest authentic Pizza I have ever enjoyed! That coming from 40 years of a guy eating pizza in Windsor
