I ordered food for curbside pickup, but when I arrived at the restaurant and tried to call, the line was consistently busy. After several unsuccessful attempts, I had no choice but to go inside. Once inside, I was completely ignored; no one greeted me or even inquired about my presence. One of the staff, wearing a multicolor mask, didn’t distribute the ingredients very evenly—often just dropping them in the center of the pizza. The pizzas were flavorful and delicious. The staff were very friendly and maintained a positive attitude toward customers. They showed great patience when some guests took longer than usual to decide on their orders. However, the dining area floor was noticeably dirty, with food and debris scattered around, and some tables were also unclean. Customers expect to dine in a clean and well-maintained environment. While staffing shortages are sometimes cited as a reason, there should always be a commitment to cleanliness. Ultimately, this responsibility lies with the ownership and management team.

The girl taking our order had a bad attitude and rushed us to decide quickly. My gluten free pizza was burnt and when I complained, they insisted that the blackened crust was not burnt, even though it tasted like charcoal. They need to focus more on the quality of their pizza and cooking times instead of chatting at the front. They did agree to remake my pizza and gave me a free pizza card, but it was expired. Definitely avoid the 4pm shift at this restaurant.

The pizza was ok, not burned but a bit undercooked. The topping was a bit clumped and not really spread out. There was a slightly burned smell to the pizzas. The drink counter was a mess. Ice was not disposed of, and the specialty drinks were empty and tasted off. Over all I have had better customer service and better food at other places, so no, I would not be recommending this location to anyone at this time.

You can't go wrong with the "make it your own" pizza option at this restaurant. The base pizza costs only $10.95 no matter how many toppings you add. The only issue I have is that requesting extra sauce on the side incurs an additional fee after the first request. This seems odd considering they offer unlimited meat toppings, which are typically more expensive than sauce.
Love you can pick so many toppings that are fresh and don't find at other pizza places. Always good.
