Don 't waste your time; spend your money where people are happy. You come where they work. No one greeted me because all three ladies were looking at their phones. From the time I entered until I walked up to the register, finally, someone looked up, and I was instructed to go around the corner and see the menu. While ordering my pizza, the maker appeared annoyed that I was requesting more broccoli. She took one piece of broccoli and spent 30 seconds breaking it into tiny pieces; after she completed the first piece of broccoli, I asked her to add more. This is how she proceeded in adding each item. I was baffled and frustrated because I had never experienced this type of service at a pieolog...

I ordered for curbside pickup, parked and called the store, phone was busy, waited and called again nine times, still busy. I wasn 't dressed for going into the store, but was forced to. No one bothered to ask me why I was there, I waited near the register. There was a worker filling ranch dressing up behind the register with her back towards me, I called out 'Excuse me ' twice, no response, so I went around and repeated 'Excuse me ' and told her that I had ordered curbside pickup and had called the store 9 times, she said nothing kept waddling about taking pizza out from the oven. I had to tell her that I was there for my pizza, she asked me for my name and took the pizza from the rack to h...
I ordered food for curbside pickup, but when I arrived at the restaurant and tried to call, the line was consistently busy. After several unsuccessful attempts, I had no choice but to go inside. Once inside, I was completely ignored; no one greeted me or even inquired about my presence. I waited by the register for assistance, but the employee there seemed focused on refilling ranch dressing and ignored my attempts to get her attention. Finally, I had to approach her directly and let her know I was there for my curbside order. She asked for my name and then handed me a cold pizza that had clearly been sitting out for some time. I asked for the manager's name, which she wrote down for me. T...
We stopped by this Pieology on our way out of town. The pizza was satisfying, but the ordering experience wasn’t the best. We arrived around 6:45pm on 4/16/22. One of the staff, wearing a multicolor mask, didn’t distribute the ingredients very evenly—often just dropping them in the center of the pizza. It seemed like she wasn’t very engaged or enthusiastic about making our pies. It almost felt like she could use some training on spreading toppings more evenly. She also kept interrupting us by asking, “Is that all?” before we finished ordering. However, after baking, the pizzas looked quite good, and the ingredients had evened out nicely—maybe the person in the oven made up for it! Although t... Book a table now
The pizzas were flavorful and delicious. The staff were very friendly and maintained a positive attitude toward customers. They showed great patience when some guests took longer than usual to decide on their orders. However, the dining area floor was noticeably dirty, with food and debris scattered around, and some tables were also unclean. Customers expect to dine in a clean and well-maintained environment. While staffing shortages are sometimes cited as a reason, there should always be a commitment to cleanliness. Ultimately, this responsibility lies with the ownership and management team.
This was the worst experience ever! My wife and I each ordered a pizza. Her pizza was good, but the service we received was terrible. The girl taking our order had a bad attitude and rushed us to decide quickly. My gluten free pizza was burnt and when I complained, they insisted that the blackened crust was not burnt, even though it tasted like charcoal. They need to focus more on the quality of their pizza and cooking times instead of chatting at the front. They did agree to remake my pizza and gave me a free pizza card, but it was expired. Definitely avoid the 4pm shift at this restaurant.
The service was terrible; they were rude to us, rushing all the customers in line and just trying to process the queue as fast as possible without really helping anyone. The pizza was ok, not burned but a bit undercooked. The topping was a bit clumped and not really spread out. There was a slightly burned smell to the pizzas. The drink counter was a mess. Ice was not disposed of, and the specialty drinks were empty and tasted off. Over all I have had better customer service and better food at other places, so no, I would not be recommending this location to anyone at this time.
Terrible experience! My wife and I each ordered a pizza; hers was good, but the process was awful. The staff member taking our order was rude and rushed us the entire time. My gluten-free pizza came burnt, and they insisted the blackened crust wasn’t burned—that it was just how it is—but it tasted like charcoal. If they paid more attention to cooking times instead of chatting at the counter, this could have been avoided. They did agree to remake my pizza and gave me an expired free pizza card. This was during the 4 pm shift and definitely an experience to avoid. Book a table now
You can't go wrong with the "make it your own" pizza option at this restaurant. The base pizza costs only $10.95 no matter how many toppings you add. The only issue I have is that requesting extra sauce on the side incurs an additional fee after the first request. This seems odd considering they offer unlimited meat toppings, which are typically more expensive than sauce.
Love you can pick so many toppings that are fresh and don't find at other pizza places. Always good.
