I could certainly have taken a better picture of my pie, but it was absolutely delicious! It was incredibly fresh and flavorful—definitely a 10/10, and I would highly recommend it! The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, which is always a bonus. I’ll definitely return the next time I'm in Stamford! I had the choice between Thai food and Pieology pizza, and I can confidently say I made the right choice! By the way, the house salad was fantastic and paired perfectly with my veggie pesto pie.
Awesome pizza and you also get a churro pizza if you sign up for their reward program and add chocolate chips on the churro pizza it was so delicious and it was my first day today and fell in love with the pizza especially the churro pizza and plus their really nice in their and have alot of patience. They make you feel welcome And since i work in sephora this is the fave spot now
I had a great experience at this pizza place. The option to create a custom pizza from scratch is amazing; I can get exactly what I want, prepared just the way I like it. If you'd rather skip the hassle of designing your own pizza, Pieology also has a standard menu. Sundays tend to be quite calm, so you can simply walk in without having to wait, and the staff is very friendly.
PIEOLOGY is a must visit place. Start with their most delicious Oeey Goey cheese bread (trust me its not just a garlic bread, they serve the whole pizza) They offer this really delicious Cinnamon chocochip pizza which is also a must eat. The service is perfect, the ambience, the people are all awesome!! LOVED IT

The thin crust pizza at this place is outstanding, and the ability to add as many toppings as you want is a fantastic perk. This will surely become our new go-to spot for thin crust pizza. Rikos and Colony, take note! Everything here has a noticeably fresher taste.
I love that they offer three different types of shrimp and vegan cheese (though I wish it wasn’t Daiya). They have plenty of colorful veggie toppings. The only crust that is truly vegan is the gluten-free one.
I visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. The pizza was incredibly delicious, prepared with all fresh ingredients. I would definitely return for another meal!
