I placed an order through DoorDash a bit too close to closing time and didn’t realize it until after I had already submitted my order. However, that doesn’t excuse the fact that both my regular pizza and dessert pizza were severely undercooked, practically raw dough. If you don’t want to accept orders after a certain time, like 11 PM, then perhaps you should close your kiosks and shop earlier, rather than treating customers poorly when they order near closing time. From now on, I think I’ll just stick to ordering from my home location in Chino.
So I walk in, no one is there. The Lead, Diana doesn’t acknowledge nor call for assistance as she is making an online order maybe 2 minutes of standing there no acknowledgment James comes to assist. James I am going to assume is new because he didn’t know where the garlic butter was. He was sooo slow and was literally being stingy on the cheese, which resulted in me saying “more cheese please” 3 times. There was just no customer service, I know this is fast food but come on I shouldn’t know you hate your job.
Worst pieology ever. I have tried going here many times but whenever i go here after 10 pm they look so tired. That makes me feel saying that they dont want to make pizza in last hour of the store timings. If they dont want to serve customers then why are they open till 11pm, they should close by 10 pm then. Server names were shaely and jorge. Also, last thing to be added that they are talking in Spanish all the time with each other that also made me frustrated.
Very slow. We were in line for about 20 minutes because there was only one person working and he was chatting with two young women. After that he had to make three online orders and when he finally got around to us he was not nearly as friendly as he was with the women ahead of us.A lady behind us in line left because it was taking so long.After all that, the $15 pizza was dry and my soda was flat.Not coming back.

I’m vegan and so I got the vegan pizza. It wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t the best I’ve had. I would just say I would want the veggies cooked more and the crust was a bit thin and too hard and crunchy. Maybe that’s just me but someone else may love it. I probably wouldn’t get it again.
Great place, the staff have always been super polite and the dining area is always clean when I come in.
Pieology is so good that I can’t wait till my significant other to get home so I can take him to eat
We ordered a pizza and bread sticks, the bottoms on both were burnt. Flavor was lacking.
