The team members are always patient and friendly, and they provide excellent recommendations. I've tried their chicken, turkey, tri-tip, and various sides. The food here is excellent, and the portions are just right for someone who is single. As someone who dislikes cooking, this has been a fantastic alternative to dining out, offering me convenient and healthy meal options. Just a heads-up: the vegetables and carbohydrates are unseasoned (but that’s okay—you can add your own spices to suit your taste). Also, be aware that asparagus doesn’t freeze very well. The customer service has consistently been friendly and helpful.

I was in the area and needed to grab something to eat and I didn't want fast food so I googled protein shake and this place came up and so happy that it did because it was delicious it was perfect it was exactly what I needed and wanted. Super cool I came in I chose my protein my carb and my veggies that heated up for me and I was out the door in less than five minutes. Totally recommend the Black pepper Tri-to!!!
Best meal prep service!! They are beyond amazing at this location!! Their staff is always beyond friendly, informative and SUPER HELPFUL! They are so quick here, even when busy and they always make sure to get you exactly what you go in for which is healthy and yummy meal prep! Super glad to have y'all in Upland!! NO LONGER LEANFEAST!!!! The owner changed the name to Lyte Bite this past Saturday, and the prices are significantly higher than before. It’s frustrating to see the prices go up when they were already on the expensive side.
This place is always cheerful. Everyone is patient and am pretty sure they smiling under the face mask. Food is good and love them protein shakes.

I dine here roughly three times a week. The food is healthy and incredibly tasty, and the staff are all very courteous.
It's a bit of a slow process, but I genuinely enjoy the pizza.
