we arrived before 1900hr. welcome. we went for the set menu 89 euro appetizer were ok, but not dpecial. I wouldn't give a pineapple sorrow. after this chef gaulin showed why he had a Michael star. the first escape. was lobster with a carpaccio by polpo on a sellerie bed: 10/10. my wife had the foie gras that was also 10/10. it was not innovate, but very good and portioning were great. the second escape was tarbot on a clam sauce. once again a lot and delicious! my wife had on a bed of the risotto, also delicious. the main course was tournedos from the local charolais bark. succulent with the fiie gras sauce. as dessert we went for a variation of a mille feuilles on a hazelnut vanilleeis and...

Found through the Michelin site, this restaurant didn’t fail to please with an interesting menu, beautifully presented and tasty plates (we went for marinated lobster tails and char confit for starters followed by turbot, chromais fillet and chicken all cooked to a fault) as...well as attentive service. The star however was the dessert where the choice was broad. Given the size of the plates, we were unfortunately getting very full but the shufflé with cherry confit and sorbet was amazing. The chocolate fondant too hit the spot. Given the quality of everything and the amount of food as well as the atmosphere, the price was reasonable. A well deserved star and a highly recommended address.

we just ate this Michelin star restaurant. my friend is vegetarian and no fan of strong cheese. we have confirmed this in advance and it has been said that it is not a problem. for her 60-Euro dinner was the entree a garden salad (real. only a few pieces salat and tomaten) and the main course was pasta pesto. in serious, the type of pasta pesto that makes it from a package as a student (see photo) has a chef who can not provide vegetarian, really deserves a Michelin star?

Do not miss the opportunity to visit this superb restaurant. We enjoyed their gourmet menu at lunchtime, en route home from a ski trip, and it was an absolute delight. Madam and her youthful assistant were professional and courteous. As well as the wonderful food...chosen from the menu there was many amuse bouche to enjoy between courses. A restaurant well deserving of the Michelin star.
