Great concept where the ice is invited to all stages of a meal. Whether sweet or salty, they are delicious, and made by the chef! I love to start with an olive or melon apéro ice cream, then go on a salad in these hot times: a tomato ice ball and another basil. And finish with the strawberry association, coconut... But in the end, taking all of a sudden, the ice that melt and mix with others allows to test associations of tastes that amaze. Maybe my favorite discovery: basil mill
Glacier where you can eat freshly as in salt (I didn't have the opportunity to test. For the sweet, it is possible to make your ice creams by ball (sorbets ice with an incredible taste or choose from several cut proposals (all more tempting than others).
