My wife and I recently spent two weeks between Lisbon and all parts of The Kingdom of Algarve. Our meal at Pigs and Cows was our top choice. We made reservations via email from the USA and it was a short walk from our wonderful hotel (3HB Faro). We were quickly sat and heartily welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The owners serve as hosts, menu savants,table serving and incomparable DJ curates music. The food was fresh, flavorful and prepared perfectly. Not just good but excellent. The mix of flavors is done expertly and with total care and pride. Don't miss Pigs and Cows when in Faro or you will be missing out on the pleasure their food provides.
Algo completamente diferente. Você se sente como se estivesse na sala com amigos. Qualidade superior e preço extremamente justo para um menu de três pratos. Você deve aproveitar o seu tempo e se divertir. Música agradável ao fundo. Cada prato é explicado e servido como está. É uma pena que as férias tenham acabado, se estiver em FARO novamente esta será a minha primeira morada!
